This piece represents the progress of colour through a tropical sea from lighter turquoise and yellow tones, to deep blue. From shallow seas to deep lagoons. I created this piece so that you can hang it in landscape or as a portrait work. It is signed on the side so that the signature works in both formats and corded it on the back to hang both ways. This gives you a little more flexibility.

The technique looks random and easy to achieve, however these take quite a bit of planning to create a balance across the whole piece built up over several layers, and keeping control over the tonal quality is quite difficult.
