Some galleries define affordable as anything under £3000 which I find ridiculous... here therefore, I go to the opposite end of the scale & define affordable as anything under £150. This gives everyone an opportunity to own an original piece of art at reasonable price point. It's a great way to add to your existing art collection, or a good starting point if your are on the beginning of your journey. Buying art direct from the artist means there are no additional commission fees to third party galleries. I am therefore able to keep my prices within reach of most people. To discuss any piece or to make an offer on a painting simply give me a call or send me an email, I'm always happy to help. email@example.com
Flowers, blossoms and blooms are a big theme in art. They work fantastically in any environment. They can be subtle delicate paintings or bright vivid abstract styled works. Either way they are a perfect way to bring a little natural softness into your space and a brilliant way of introducing a colour accent into your interior design.
Figurative paintings including my abstract works themed on wine and social interaction often with a touch of humour, always colourful and in my unique style. A perfect colour accent for any interior space, especially if you love wine.
One of my favourite styles. This movement proved to be one of the most influential art movements of the 20th century. It was inspired by popular culture, hence the word pop. It aimed to reflect the realities of every day life by blurring the divide between high art and low art. Media and advertising were favourite subjects for Pop Art's witty celebrations of consumer society. Here are some of my paintings reflecting the popart theme & style along with another favourite subject, cycling art.
In this section I have included my cycling paintings. These are a fusion of abstract and Banksy styled stencils which I create myself. Full of movement and colour they have a very urban feel and for the cycling enthusiast like me make a perfect addition to any art collection, celebrating a popular sporting pastime.
Presented in a variety of styles here are my current urban paintings including London and New York paintings and generic abstract cityscape paintings. I love the urban landscape it's just full of iconic buildings and landmarks and images. This is a popular theme and generally they sell fairly quickly so if you see one you like I suggest you don't hang around.
Tranquil coutryside at dawn and dramatic light are keynotes in my landscape paintings. That still time of day when transient light merges sky with land.
These affordable works are sometimes studies in colour light and movement prior to completing a larger work. Each is a beautiful example of landscape art at it's best, reflecting nature's drama and beauty a great way to create a focal point or colour accent to any interior space. To discuss any piece or to make an offer on a painting simply give me a call or send me an email, I'm always happy to help.
Abstract works based on form, shape, colour and texture including splash & drip art works interpreting the world around us. Abstract art can add a real touch of individual style to your interior design and create a striking focal point enabling you to express your unique personality. My favourite artists in this genre of art are Jackson Pollock, Picasso and Rothko.
Sometimes semi abstract, some tranquil and others full of movement and texture. Crashing waves, sails on tranquil seas and big skies. A favourite subject and very popular with collectors. This section of the gallery also includes my abstract sailing paintings, bright fun works with a big wow factor.
